Service

Varistra calculates product-variance metrics from data supplied by the customer. Results depend on source completeness and the assumptions displayed with each snapshot. The service does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

Customer responsibilities

You must have authority to upload or connect data, protect account credentials, review rejected rows and assumptions, and make independent business decisions. You may not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access another workspace.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew through Stripe until canceled. Current pricing, limits, status, and renewal information are shown before checkout and in the workspace. Taxes may apply.

Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and security controls. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
